We at Ayesha’s Abaya want to make sure that you are totally satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 15 days of delivery, subject to the terms below.
Return Eligibility:
✅ Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
✅ Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
✅ The item must be free from perfume, makeup stains, or any signs of wear and tear.
✅ Sale, discounted, or customized items cannot be returned.
How to Initiate a Return:

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return the item to us via a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping.
When we receive and review the item, we will refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refund Process:
We will issue a refund to the original payment source (not including shipping charges).
Alternatively, if you wish, we can provide a store credit in place of a refund.
Size or style exchanges are offered, depending on stock availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
In case you receive a damaged or wrong item, kindly contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images, and we will organize a replacement or refund free of charge.
